Responsibilities
- We combine agentic AI with expert human oversight to deliver faster, more accurate and fully transparent claims handling - from first notice of loss to resolution.
- As a member of Strala's Claims team, you'll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients.
- You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate auto bodily injury claims, evaluate damages and exposure, negotiate settlements, and drive fair, timely resolutions.
- You'll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.
- As an early member of a team building something new, you won't just flag what's broken-you'll help shape what we build.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling auto BI claims (first-party and third-party)
- Active Adjuster License
- Familiar with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Proactive, not reactive-you anticipate needs and act before being asked
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change-you give constructive product input, not just bug reports, and treat improving the platform as part of the job
