Responsibilities
- This entry-level position will inspect, maintain or replace air filters on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
- Free and confidential Employee Assistance services, helping to manage personal difficulties or life challenges
Requirements
- Inspect air filters on HVAC equipment to determine if maintenance is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
Skills
- Utilize hand and/or power tools (e.g. drills, generators, saws, lifts, vacuum equipment).
- Climb stairs, ladders, ladder wells, and stairs.
- Work off ladders to include working off lift platforms and boom trucks at heights above six feet.
- Use of PPE may require medical clearance prior to use.
- Regular use of air compressor, shop or central vacuum, or water source.
- Frequent bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Drive University vehicles and/or carts.
Compensation
- $20.00 USD Hourly
