Duties and Responsibilities Provide personal care to clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.

24/7 nursing support available to all team members.

We are currently seeking compassionate, self-motivated, and dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide care throughout the Durham Region.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice of a Personal Support Worker.
Support clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, linen changes, and other related care needs.
Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises, and mobility support.

Scheduling Requirements Must be able to commit to a consistent, ongoing weekly schedule for the foreseeable future.
Must be available and willing to support multiple clients throughout the day.
Complete all required documentation and records accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
