Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6-10 engineers, including Individual Contributors and Managers, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance.
- Advocate for engineering excellence, including unit testing, SLA establishment, and building for resiliency and scalability.
- Lead capacity planning and resource allocation for teams of 10 or more, optimizing Full Time Employee to contingent worker ratios.
- Identify talent gaps, develop action plans to address them, and support staffing and recruitment efforts, including hiring at least 5 engineers to your team.

- As a Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers within the B2B technology organization.
- You will serve as a key bridge between technology and business, ensuring your team delivers impactful solutions that power our partners' success.
- You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to shape and execute a technology roadmap that drives meaningful outcomes.
- Familiarity with B2B technology platforms, APIs, or partner-facing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of software development engineering experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent related professional experience).
- Experience with capacity planning and resource management for larger engineering organizations.
Compensation
- $153k-$215k
