Responsibilities

  • Lead Fragment Lifecycle Management Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of compliant content fragments, including intake, change management, similarity assessments, and impact analysis.
  • Drive consistent, efficient, and scalable processes for content updates and maintenance.
  • Partner with fragment owners and key stakeholders to maintain the enterprise fragment inventory.
  • Resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement in governance practices.
  • Lead quality assurance, control validation, attestation, and certification activities.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure content meets regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Support audit readiness and ongoing control effectiveness initiatives.
  • Optimize Processes and Platforms Evaluate operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build partnerships across business, compliance, legal, and technology organizations.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements and platform capabilities that improve user experience and operational effectiveness Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • What you have Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Content Governance, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of compliant content management, disclosure management, content governance, or regulatory communications.
  • Experience supporting workflow automation, content management systems, or governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance, controls testing, certification processes, and operational risk management.
