- The call is typically made via telephone and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
- If there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager.
- This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
Skills
- Ensuring diagnostic imaging and reports match the scheduled appointments in our database and records
- Focusing on the quality of our information and ensuring 100% accuracy in the information we send out
- Working with other departments within the company managing requests and giving clear, concise written updates
- Updating our clients on the status of their patient records (primarily via email but could be phone occasionally)
- Responding ad-hoc to key client enquiries.
- Working with sensitive data and understanding the requirements with HIPAA
- Be the 'safe pair of hands' within our team such that all your work is accurate and the quality of our data is high
- Be a trusted #2 to your manager so that you are capable of completing every task asked of you
- Attend professional development opportunities for personal and business growth
Compensation
- Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000
