Responsibilities
- Focusing on high-quality homes and a customer-centric experience, this builder blends craftsmanship and innovation to build communities that enhance the lives of those who live and work within them.
- Agents are highly supported by leadership and internal teams to optimize each person's success.
- Actively use the CRM system to implement marketing initiatives and to keep in touch with prospective buyers and referral sources
- Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
- Collaborate with teammates, including other NHCs, online sales and the marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, lenders, businesses, and other sources of buyer referrals
Nice to have
- 3+ years of commissioned sales experience is preferred
