About the role
- We work in-person 5 days a week out of our office in Midtown Manhattan.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in a technical or strategy role
- Ability to move quickly in a zero-to-one environment
Nice to have
- Background in a top-5 consulting firm, or a similar generalist problem-solving environment (top-tier finance, high-growth startup ops)
- Experience at an early-stage startup, especially in a founding or first-operations-hire capacity
- Exposure to a technical or research-heavy domain
- Strong writing and communication, and the judgment to represent Quadrillion externally
