Responsibilities

  • Develop functional business requirements.
  • Analyze business and user needs and document requirements.
  • Develop detailed system design documentation to support requirements.
  • Focus: Ongoing ownership and support of HR systems.
  • Maintain awareness of new tools and technologies to improve systems.
  • Identify resources needed and develop project schedules for technology
  • Conduct technical reviews and walkthroughs of design documentation.
  • Provide guidance on testing procedures, document standards, and version control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR technology roles.
  • Strong experience in HR system configuration and reporting.
  • Workday experience and/or certification specifically in Benefits or Absence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
