About the role
- Our client, a fast-growing AI education fintech enterprise B2B startup, is hiring a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand during their most critical scaling phase.

Responsibilities
- Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track.
- Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams.
- Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence - from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.
- Direct CEO partnership, real ownership over strategic initiatives, and the chance to shape how the company executes as it builds the future of lending.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in management consulting (MBB), product management, software engineering, or as a startup founder
Nice to have
- MBA from a top-tier program (Ivy+) Technical literacy - understands code structure and product development Slide-making and board deck creation skills Strong quantitative analysis and strategic problem structuring
