About the role
- Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams.
- You will define the customer's financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion.
- The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Be a subject matter expert across F&O and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support F&O integration use cases across a growing customer base
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
