Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing processes to maintain and improve product and process quality.
- Lead problem solving activities for complex issues that involve the process and associated equipment. Utilize Structured Problem Solving (SPS) and Process Control System (PCS) methodologies, to resolve complex issues and reduce process variation.
- Perform detail-oriented analysis utilizing high math and effective communication skills. Provide recommendations to teammates.
- Design, install, maintain, analyze, and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment, to improve efficiency and utilization of resources. Participate in long/short range equipment planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Aid in technology transfers to meet production requirements. Documentation, training, and guiding plant engineering and manufacturing team members. Develop and implement best practices.
- Must maintain high safety requirements including meeting local consensus safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of teammates with different cultures and backgrounds.
- Must be willing to work on production floor for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Must have more than 3 years manufacturing engineering experience, with supporting production processes and process improvements.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Prior experience with project management also a plus.

- Understand and apply complex mathematical concepts, including geometry and trigonometry.
- Work with various 2D and 3D coordinate systems, apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing requirements, and write and troubleshoot simple formulas in Excel or similar software.

- USD 92,000.00 - USD 121,440.00
- Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
