Not a traditional coordinator role As a Talent Coordinator, you won't manage calendars, you'll shape the candidate journey and set the tone for what it means to engage with Boom.
Working alongside a small, high-performance recruiting team, you'll help design and run the hiring process for engineers, manufacturing leaders, and other critical hires who will shape the company's future.
Every engineer, every manufacturing leader, every critical hire will move through a process you help design and operate.
At Boom, coordination is strategic, and you'll ensure every candidate's first experience reflects the ambition and excellence of what we're building.
You'll be the person who ensures that a candidate's first in-person experience matches the ambition of the machines we're building.
You will manage dozens of moving pieces simultaneously.

Compensation The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,000 - $93,000 per year.

You'll be well compensated with competitive cash and meaningful equity.
The range listed is just one component of Boom's total rewards package for employees.

You'll be part of a small, high-performance recruiting team responsible for building one of the most ambitious hardware companies of this century.
