You will also be responsible for leading the evolution of our visual identity across all areas of the brand, including, web, digital, and social.

Responsibilities

Develop visual brand strategies that align with our business goals, and proactively propose solutions to help improve project outcomes.
Build upon and evolve our brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems across a range of project types, including marketing and product.
Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing material across various channels and formats, including paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web, landing pages, and video.
Drive and own deadlines for projects, maintain clear goals, flag blockers at the right moments and work towards delivering in a timely manner.
Strive to maintain the brand standard across all projects and ensure consistency.
10+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing
Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.

Nice to have

Experience in an agency or growth-stage startup environment

Compensation

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
