Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end delivery of software development and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Translates business requirements into technical controls and maintains project backlogs for product development.
- Manages and monitors project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implements and refines project management methodologies to optimize team efficiency.
- Contributes to defining the technical scope of projects and identifying risks in system design or operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of team objectives.
- Actively engages with and manages stakeholders relationships - supports team members with stakeholder management.
- Reviews, maintains, and creates operational and procedural documentation including; standards, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and tool configurations.

- We proactively reconcile the goals and priorities of SOM and clients while fostering opportunities for design and technical excellence in alignment with the firm's ethos.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of direct project management experience in software and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within defined objectives.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Nice to have
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firms.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other advanced Agile certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing cloud-native infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with information security and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-code and DevOps best practices
- Experience leading projects focused on data management, data warehousing, or business intelligence

Compensation
- for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $145,000 to $165,000.
