About the role
- This role is primarily responsible for data preparation, variance analysis, and report generation, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to finance leadership and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and flag significant fluctuations for review
- Maintain financial models and spreadsheets under direction of FP&A leadership
- Validate and reconcile financial data across systems and reports
- Support budget owners by providing requested financial data and standard reports
- Document processes and support improvements to reporting consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- Less than 10% travel required.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

- Job Skills Required:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field required
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools a plus
- Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus, but not required

- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Solid analytical and data validation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic financial modeling capability
- Ability to write routine reports.
