About the role

  • This role is primarily responsible for data preparation, variance analysis, and report generation, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to finance leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed variance analysis and flag significant fluctuations for review
  • Maintain financial models and spreadsheets under direction of FP&A leadership
  • Validate and reconcile financial data across systems and reports
  • Support budget owners by providing requested financial data and standard reports
  • Document processes and support improvements to reporting consistency and efficiency

Requirements

  • Less than 10% travel required.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

  • Job Skills Required:

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field required
  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools a plus
  • Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus, but not required

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Solid analytical and data validation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic financial modeling capability
  • Ability to write routine reports.
