Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and logical data models.
  • Partner with Finance, Product Control, Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Support data warehouse, reporting, governance, and modernization initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, impact assessments, and root-cause investigations.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and reporting requirements.
  • Translate requirements into data mappings, functional specifications, and design artifacts.
  • Our global consulting firm combines creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
  • Through research and development initiatives in our FinLabs we develop solutions for modernization, from Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to Data Science models, Digital Underwriting, mobile-first applications and more.
  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Data Warehouse Analysis & Design team.
  • This role bridges Finance, Business, and Technology teams to support enterprise data initiatives, data architecture, and financial reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Financial Systems experience in Banking.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Strong understanding of banking products and operations, with deep expertise in one or more areas:
  • Experience documenting requirements, data mappings, and business processes.
  • Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with JIRA.

  • The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
  • In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k - CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).
