Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate patient referrals, appointments, and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
  • Conduct intake interviews and support initial stages of clinic intake and scheduling
  • Coordinate client scheduling and referrals in partnership with clinical staff to support timely and appropriate access to care.
  • Update and maintain electronic shared files, forms, and SharePoint sites for the clinical team
  • Establish and maintain affiliation agreements with all community partners
  • Coordinate and complete outreach for graduate student externship placements with support
  • Demonstrates values-based leadership by modeling CADRE values, building trust through self-awareness and emotional intelligence, seeking feedback, and navigating conflict productively.

Requirements

  • Spanish and English language proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Initiate and manage intake documentation, including consent forms, and required client paperwork.
  • Must be able to resolve unexpected issues and exercise independent judgment facilitating clinical operations

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with speech-language pathology scope of practice
  • SLPA certification or experience
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
