Responsibilities
- Engineering Enablement & Analytics Lead (on-site) - Plano, TX
- Lead cross-functional engineering programs, release readiness activities, enhancement prioritization and design reviews.
- Support the transition and ongoing management of initiative planning, intake processes, and engineering capacity management responsibilities.
- Build, implement, and promote the use of AI-powered agents to streamline engineering and operational processes.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and using AI agents within daily workflows and business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, Release Management, or related experience within a software development organization.
- Experience improving workflows, implementing automation, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience analyzing large engineering datasets and presenting insights to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience maintaining engineering metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience as a Jira administrator maintaining workflows, as well as, with integrating engineering systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence, or related platforms.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be able to commute daily to Plano..

- Experience with cloud-based products, Azure DevOps, and GitHub preferred.
