About the role

  • What You Will Achieve As an Associate Scientist, you will be at the center of our operations and you'll find that everything we do, every day, is in line with an unwavering commitment to quality.
  • In this role, you will join a team of scientists focused on optimizing biologics reagents for vaccine programs.
  • You will be performing aseptic serological processing, preparation of buffers, and growing bacterial cultures, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 Years of experience in a laboratory environment. (Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related discipline preferred)
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to accommodate a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Nice-to-Have

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of aseptic technique
  • PBMC isolation and external lab management
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems such as Office suite, Outlook, Etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $100,400.00.
