About the role

North Park University, a member of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW), is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Women's Basketball Coach.
This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting the head coach with all phases of an NCAA Division III basketball program including recruitment, retention, coaching, scheduling, team travel, and budgeting.
Located for over 125 years on the land of the Miami and Potawatomi tribes in what is today Chicago's northside, NPU has recently been designated a Hispanic Serving Institution and is committed to serving diverse populations.

Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and the campus community.

A bachelor's degree is required.
Coaching experience and extensive knowledge of the sport of basketball at the intercollegiate level are required.
Applicants must be able to work an untraditional work schedule (i.e. frequent nights and weekends).
A valid driver's license is required.
