Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Software Quality Manager 1.

Support preparation and execution of Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA).
Develop and maintain Quality scorecard Metrics.
Support preparation of the Program Review packages.

U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
To Do: Lead Software Quality and Mission Assurance functions within SDS/Sentinel to ensure mission success Perform technical reviews as required including CDRLs, test plans, test procedures, etc.

Experience managing people preferred.
Active Top Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of Agile development processes.
Experience with DOORS, CAMEO, JIRA, and other SW Development products.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Cyber Engineering processes.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$104,500.00 - $156,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
