Responsibilities
- Operational System Design: Build and refine the operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that make Guild's Product & Engineering teams more effective at delivering our products.
- Workflow Optimization: Audit R&D processes to surface friction and map system dependencies, then implement scalable improvements and establish clear operational standards.
- Roadmap & Operational Communications: Own clear, consistent communication of roadmap updates, process changes, and operational standards across the product organization - ensuring stakeholders at every level know what's changing, why, and what it means for them.
- Tool Evaluation & Collaboration: Identify tooling gaps, run vendor conversations, and partner cross-functionally to select the right solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams so priorities are shared and execution is seamless.
- Implementation & Impact Measurement: Lead rollout of process improvements, document them well, and measure their impact to validate success and fuel continuous improvement.
- Operational Systems: A track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams.

- The ideal candidate is a systems-minded operator with a passion for AI, a knack for turning ideas into scalable solutions, strong communication instincts, and a data-driven approach to solving problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate roadmaps, priorities, and process changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills
- Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows.
Compensation
- All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region.
- This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $132,5000- $200,000 and stock options.
