This role is responsible for ensuring our vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and efficiently deployed across multiple locations throughout Florida.
The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.

Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues
Maintain accurate records, logs, and reporting using company systems
Support cost control efforts by monitoring fuel usage, repairs, and overall fleet expenses
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance schedules, and repair needs
Communicate with vendors, repair shops, and internal teams to ensure timely service and repairs
Track fleet inventory, registrations, insurance, and compliance requirements
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards
Respond to fleet-related issues and emergencies as needed
Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles (ability to identify common issues)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, fleet management systems, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
