  • This role is responsible for ensuring our vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and efficiently deployed across multiple locations throughout Florida.
  • The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reporting using company systems
  • Support cost control efforts by monitoring fuel usage, repairs, and overall fleet expenses
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice to have

  • Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance schedules, and repair needs
  • Communicate with vendors, repair shops, and internal teams to ensure timely service and repairs
  • Track fleet inventory, registrations, insurance, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards
  • Respond to fleet-related issues and emergencies as needed
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles (ability to identify common issues)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, fleet management systems, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • $20k-$23k
