  • Ferguson is currently seeking Warehouse Associates for our Aurora, Colorado distribution center.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, and/or labor management systems
  • Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
  • Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)

Requirements

  • Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
  • Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners
  • Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required

Nice to have

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred

Compensation

  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
  • The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
