About the role

Own Bettercomp's end-to-end webinars and events program from tactical planning through execution, including internal and external/sponsored webinars and events, trade shows, and local/field events and local association sponsorships.

You'll work at the intersection of content, partnerships, customer success, and product marketing, building programs that drive pipeline, expand our partner ecosystem, and generate leads at scale.
You'll set the strategy, manage the budget, run the execution, and own the numbers.
Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned events (where Bettercomp controls content and format) with third-party sponsorships (where we show up as a sponsor or featured guest)
evaluate and select sponsorship opportunities, negotiate with vendors, track spend, and optimize
