About the role

  • As Senior Staff Product Engineer - Lifecycle Engineering, you will take ownership of sustaining engineering activities across mature, high-volume semiconductor products.
  • This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role where data-driven decision making, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration directly contribute to engineering excellence and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead yield improvement and margin optimisation initiatives across internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers (20%)
  • Partner with Test, Design, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to embed manufacturability, cost efficiency, and test optimisation into lifecycle activities (20%)
  • To support continued growth and operational excellence, we are strengthening our Lifecycle Engineering capability with an experienced Senior Staff Product Engineer.
  • You will lead technical initiatives that improve yield, optimise test performance, resolve complex production challenges, and enhance manufacturing stability across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering, ideally within sustaining or lifecycle roles
  • Strong experience in yield analysis, margin improvement, and cross-functional technical problem solving
  • Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne, or equivalent bench test environments
  • Experience with statistical process control, data analysis, and design of experiments
  • Experience working across global manufacturing sites and supplier networks
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JMP, Galaxy, dataConductor, or similar analysis platforms
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced production environments with competing priorities
