Responsibilities
- This position also supports the administration of NWACC placement assessments and classroom testing services in collaboration with other staff members.
- Additionally, the Assistant Director conducts research, prepares specialized reports, reviews and verifies documentation for accuracy and compliance, and performs a variety of administrative and office management functions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a specialized or related field applicable to work performed
Nice to have
- At least one year of experience working at an academic testing center
- At least 2 years of customer service experience

Skills
- Must be a self-starter who takes accountability for performance while requiring minimal supervision
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Student Information systems, word processing programs, spreadsheets, email and other computer programs
- Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form with a diverse customer base in a welcoming and friendly manner
Compensation
- Rate of Pay: $51,193 annualized *Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position
