Interacting with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements/design.
Interface between the TENCAP PM staff, vendor staff and customer POCs to develop and implement a running schedule of new equipment delivery, large site installations, training events, GO level demonstrations, real world operational needs.
Effectively manage a team of people spread across multiple AORs to help implement the schedule.
Assist in developing solutions to systems engineering challenges based on technology insertion and new product integration.

A High school diploma (or GED) with 20+ years of relevant Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, SIGINT, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 15+ years of relevant Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, SIGINT, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university with 10+ years of relevant Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, SIGINT, Decoys, and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.

$170,000 - $185,000 annually.
