About the role
- Role: Trade Desk Representative - Inbound Phone Representative/Inbound Chat and Email Representative
- Licensure Required: FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 Certified

- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via phone calls

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective in customer interactions, and ability to identify appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of futures and options on futures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with high call volume

Compensation
- The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications
- $70,000 - $90,000
- Discretionary performance bonus: 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance
- 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance
