About the role
- Administer staff meetings with all student employees within the fitness and marketing program.
- Ensure client satisfaction through surveys.
- Ensure best business practices are followed for registration for sessions and accounting for funds.
Responsibilities
- Direct and develop marketing strategies for the department.
- Develop social media strategy for the department.
- Further develop training standards around marketing expectations for department administrators.
- Maintain policies and procedures for the Group Exercise program.
Requirements
- This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.
- Lifting equipment ranging from 10lbs.- 400lbs., with assistance from others or from machinery, is required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Required Certifications/Licensures
Skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task and the ability to deal with a variety of situations in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, tact and diplomacy with a variety of people, and when dealing with the public, in a balanced way.
Compensation
- Final compensation offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, internal equity, and alignment with organizational budget.
- $53,040.00 - $66,300.00
- Develop and administer the departmental personal training & fitness testing/assessment program, to include policies and procedures for trainers and clients, scheduling, equipment usage and compensation, adhering to industry standards.
