About the role
- Your areas of expertise Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Original work published at top international conferences (e.g., CVPR) is an advantage.
- 5+ years of work experience in the ADAS/ADS field, with successful product deployment experience in different ODDs.
- Experience in implementing key AI technologies for autonomous driving/robotics, such as end-to-end models, VLA, world models, and RL
- relevant experience in the safety of advanced driving systems is an advantage.
- Proactive work attitude, able to motivate and inspire team members
- professional-level English proficiency
- proficiency in German and/or Chinese is preferred.
- Willingness to work abroad (up to 25% of total working time).
