About the role

  • The Associate, Capital Markets will focus on financial analysis, investment strategy, and cross-functional corporate development.
  • The exact title will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in solar, storage, and data centers

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (MBAs welcome)
  • 3-5+ years of Excel-based financial modeling experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
  • At least three years of finance experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development private equity, principal investing, and structured/project finance
  • Successful completion of an Excel-based modeling test will be required.
  • Conduct corporate and debt issuance rating analysis for private placements as required
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Nice to have

  • CFA Designation/MBA a plus

Compensation

  • The salary range for the position is $130,000-$145,000 plus bonus and benefits.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
