Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Director of Integrations to lead our integration practice through a period of significant growth and transformation.
This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing integration team, establishing operational excellence, and ensuring the seamless flow of data across our enterprise systems.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed integration teams, thrives on building organizational structure, and can balance technical excellence with business pragmatism.
Lead a team of 5+ integration professionals including architects, senior developers, and developers across onshore and offshore resources
Build a cohesive team culture that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with HR on hiring decisions, performance management, and team composition
Own the stability and reliability of all integration pipelines across e-commerce, ERP, data lake, and enterprise applications
Establish and maintain SLAs with business partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Create and track success metrics including system uptime, deployment velocity, incident resolution times, and project delivery rates
Manage the integration project portfolio from intake through delivery

Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, or beauty industry
SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP experience
EDI/B2B integration experience with trading partners
Experience leading teams through major platform migrations
Success in This Role
Complete onboarding with deep dives into current architecture, team capabilities, and in-flight projects
Establish relationships with key business stakeholders and understand their integration needs
Assess team strengths and development opportunities

$150,000 - $180,000 USD
