About the role
- The Associate Director of Program Management, based out of our Fort Worth Texas headquarters, is an execution-focused leader responsible for driving publisher performance and growth across the Koddi Ads platform.
Responsibilities
- Own program delivery outcomes across a portfolio of Koddi Ads publishers, ensuring consistent execution, campaign performance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of Program Analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular coaching, and supporting career growth and retention.
- Build and reinforce operational processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across program delivery.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support upsell opportunities, QBRs, and renewal conversations through performance-driven storytelling.
- Analyze campaign data and client insights to identify trends, surface risks, and develop recommendations that inform both team and client strategy.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing to represent client needs, provide structured feedback, and contribute to platform improvement.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team-building efforts as the organization scales.
- Demonstrated success managing and developing IC teams with a strong emphasis on coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Strong operational instincts - proven ability to build and scale delivery processes that improve consistency and team efficiency.
Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in program management, account management, or performance advertising, ideally within retail media, programmatic, or ad tech.
