About the role
- ePac Flexible Packaging has locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
- SUMMARY OF POSITION The Slitting Operator is responsible for setting up the machine, running production of the slitter, cleaning of the slitter and all maintenance on the slitting machines.
- This position is responsible for operating machines to slit continuous lengths of laminated film into specified widths that meet your customer quality specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform changeovers Reports any unsafe working conditions to the production supervisor.
Requirements
- This role will have the ability to learn and train on operational functions throughout the plants. ePac is an equal opportunity employer.
- This role would also be responsible for packing off the slitter for shipping, when required.
