About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team in Tbilisi (Visa sponsorship available).

Support commercial reporting and prepare insights for the leadership team to guide decision-making.
Track and maintain the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client opportunities.
Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development activities.
This role will support the commercial team in building scalable processes, managing client pipelines, and ensuring smooth operations as we expand globally.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with CRM tools and utilising AI tools and automation software (Make, n8n) to create systems.

Prior experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles is strongly preferred.
Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required.
