About the role
- In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.

- Diagnose and repair electrical components, including motors, sensors, relays, switches, wiring, and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on encapsulation, blending, and packaging equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to support daily manufacturing goals.
- You will support encapsulation, blending, and packaging equipment while working closely with Production and Quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience working in dietary supplements, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with encapsulation, blending, or packaging equipment used in dietary supplement manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments.
