About the role
- Milestone One is a Site Enabling Organization with global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland.
- As a Site Relations Associate, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening Milestone One's network of clinical research sites.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified clinical research sites and support their onboarding into the Milestone One network.
- Schedule and lead meetings with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and prospective collaborators to present Milestone One's services and collaboration opportunities.
- Evaluate site capabilities and research experience to support network expansion with high-quality collaborators.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams, to support business development initiatives and ensure consistent communication.
- Share market insights and feedback from site interactions to support business development strategies.
- Support newly onboarded sites during the transition to the operational team and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within a clinical research site environment.
- Ability to evaluate site capabilities and identify collaboration opportunities.
Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research tools.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Hybrid position (between remote work and site visits).
