About the role
- As a Senior Producer at Digital Eclipse, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping and shipping some of the studio's most exciting projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple game projects concurrently, balancing priorities and guiding them toward successful, high-quality releases.
- Manage internal teams and collaborate with key external development partners, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as a key production point of contact on high-profile partnerships, contributing to relationships that support the studio's continued growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to contribute to early project planning-including scoping, resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive the success of projects from pre-production to launch, ensuring strong communication, milestone tracking, and accountability at every phase.
- Continue developing project management expertise while working with studio management to explore potential opportunities and training programs for SCRUM/Agile certification.
- Great relationship-building skills
Requirements
- Experience with 1st party portals and submission process
- University-level degree
Compensation
- $115,000 - $140,000.
- Salary commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
