About the role

Overview This is an internship position designed to expose the employee to the information technology field for their continued learning, as well as assist the company in executing necessary tasks and projects. Responsibilities Assist with taking inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses. Install, test, and configure new workstations,
peripheral equipment, and software. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software. Create and manage users and computers in Active Directory. Assist with documenting internal procedures in the knowledge base. Help desk triage and escalation. Shadow/assist IT team members on help desk tickets and projects.

Must be able to perform repetitive motion activities, such as typing, on a regular basis.

Other duties as assigned.
Must be currently attending an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or certification.
Background in desktop support preferred but not required.
