About the role
- This position works out of our Lake Mary, FL location in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business.

- We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team supporting Abbott Heart Failure's Acelis Connected Health business.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales orders within Salesforce and other operational systems.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and customer interactions.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven reliability, professionalism, and strong attendance record.
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with data entry, data processing, inventory management systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Compensation
- The base pay for this position is $20.85 – $41.75/hour In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
