About the role

  • Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support warehouse operations and the transportation of materials between our Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging components, finished goods,
  • equipment, and supplies while maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

  • Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support warehouse operations and the transportation of materials between our Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and warehouse records.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain transportation logs.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions.

Requirements

  • Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to support business operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work in warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor environments as needed.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and drive between company facilities.

  • Transport materials, products, equipment, and supplies between Garonit's Fairfield and Flanders facilities.
  • Load, unload, inspect, and secure materials for transport.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for production and distribution.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate material movements with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and equipment issues.
  • Assist with additional warehouse, logistics, and operational duties as assigned.
