Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues with water, drain, or gas lines and perform effective repairs
- Perform system inspections and provide repair or replacement recommendations
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in ServiceTitan
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- MUST be a team player, willing to support the team and balance the variety of job types and tasks
- MUST be able to pass regular drug testing
- MUST be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
- MUST have excellent customer service skills
- Apprentice (2+ Years) or Journeyman license (or actively working toward it)
- Required for This Role:
- Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with tools of the trade
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
