About the role

Evidence of an active research program in ecology or a related discipline that engages undergraduate and graduate students.
Duties/Expectations: The Department of Biology at Brigham Young University invites applications for a continuing faculty status (CFS) position in Field and Quantitative Ecology.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain an externally visible research program that involves undergraduate and graduate students in meaningful, mentored research experiences.

All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
All faculty are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress & Grooming Standards.
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in ecology, organismal biology, and/or field biology.
Experience with field-based, lab-based, or applied ecological research and teaching is expected.
