As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be a high-impact individual contributor responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of different systems that conform to the Faro Health ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in our continuous integration environment while ensuring our manual testing foundation remains rock-solid.

Analyze user requirements and design documents to develop detailed, risk-based test plans and manual test cases for a complex SaaS platform.

Active participation in design reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Proven ability to build cooperation and cohesiveness across engineering and product teams.

8-10+ years in the Quality Assurance discipline, with a proven track record in fast-moving, growth-minded startups.
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience testing cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Data Skills: Expert-level proficiency in SQL for deep data validation and backend integrity testing.

Familiarity with the "shift-left" approach and supporting the transition from manual-heavy to automation-integrated workflows.
Salary Salary range for this position is $119,000 to $141,000 per year.
