About the role

Responsibilities
- Support complex financial transformation efforts using best practices in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to collect qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., interviews, focus groups, document and data reviews)
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that address complex financial management challenges and support client decision-making
- Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Support internal initiatives and business development efforts, including proposals and communities of practice
- Federal Financial Management Consultants support federal clients in improving budget and financial management operations by enhancing efficiency, modernizing processes through data analytics and AI-enabled tools, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- In this role, you will support client engagements by gathering requirements, designing and implementing solutions to address complex challenges, and improving processes to strengthen budget and financial effectiveness.
- Plan and support meetings and working sessions with stakeholders, including executive-level clients, to gather requirements, identify challenges, and drive alignment
- Support the development of key deliverables, including analyses, reports, requirements documentation, SOPs, tools, templates, and dashboards
