Assist with the preparation of external financial reports and audit schedules
Apply revenue recognition principles in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies
Review customer contracts and purchase orders to determine proper revenue recognition treatment
Communicate effectively with leadership regarding financial results and issues
Participate in continuous improvement,
Prior experience with manufacturing and/or Engineering Services is a plus
4+ years of overall accounting experience
4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare revenue-related journal entries and maintain accurate revenue schedules
Support the billing process and ensure revenue is recognized in the appropriate period
Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to ensure proper revenue recognition for manufacturing contracts and projects
Perform account analysis and investigate unusual transactions or variances
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Procurement
