About the role
- We are seeking an Commercial Project Manager to join the team in Richmond, VA. This role blends project coordination, estimating support, and ownership of smaller commercial projects, making it a strong next step for an APM or Project Engineer ready to grow into a Project Manager role. What You'll Do as the Project Manager: Support Project Managers with
- planning, scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day project execution Assist with estimating, takeoffs, bid coordination, and subcontractor outreach Manage smaller projects independently from kickoff through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders Track costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Requirements
