About the role

Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
This individual will be instrumental in overseeing the fulfillment of Fingerpaint's larger organizational goals.
This role involves coordinating activities between multiple projects without directly managing them, instead focusing on program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.

Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
